Inn Policies


Reservations for the summer and fall are recommended well in advance, but occasionally rooms are available on short notice. Due to zoning restrictions on the number of guests we can accommodate, each suite or room is limited to two persons.

Minimum Stay

There is a minimum stay of two nights in the Summer and Fall seasons. We often have one night stays available, please call and ask about vacancies. Some holidays may require a three night stay

Deposits and Refunds

A two night paid deposit is required to hold a room. Deposits can be made over the phone with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, or by check if received within ten days of the initial reservation. Deposits will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to arrival date; if the cancellation is within 14 days of the arrival date, a refund will only be made if the room can be rented for the entire length of your reservation. Early departures cannot be refunded unless we can fill the space for the remainder of your reservation. Rates are subject to a 9% Maine sales tax (to be added to room rate), and any balance due is payable upon arrival.

Check In & Check Out

You may check in anytime from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please call ahead if you will be arriving later, so appropriate arrangements can be made. Check out is by 11:00 am.


We offer Chimani and extended stay discounts. Please ask for these when you make your reservations.
